03 Account Responsibilities

Your jaya6 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not you authorised it. jaya6 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Do not share your password with anyone — including friends or family members.
• Do not allow anyone else to use your account to place bets or access funds.
• Use a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify jaya6 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same person — identified by name, address, payment method, device, or IP address — all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support immediately to resolve the situation before it escalates.

04 Deposits and Payments

jaya6 accepts deposits via bKash and Nagad. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your jaya6 account — are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

Deposits are credited to your jaya6 account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. In most cases this is near-instant, but occasional delays may occur due to network conditions outside jaya6's control. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction.
• jaya6 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed — contact support as quickly as possible if you deposit the wrong amount.
• jaya6 reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits that appear suspicious or that cannot be verified.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on jaya6 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operating hours.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard.
• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant bonus.
• jaya6 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside processing hours will be queued and processed at the next available opportunity.

We will investigate and provide an update within a reasonable timeframe. jaya6 does not intentionally delay withdrawals — if there is a hold on your funds, we will tell you why.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

jaya6 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds, separate from your real-money balance.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.

• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.

07 Gameplay and Betting Rules

All bets placed on jaya6 are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the platform. It is your responsibility to check your bet details — including stake amount, selection, and odds — before confirming.

For sports betting, jaya6 uses live odds that may change between the time you view them and the time your bet is confirmed. If the odds change significantly before confirmation, you will be notified and given the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.

• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all bet types and are displayed at the time of betting.
• jaya6 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or combination of bets.
• In the event of a technical error during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned.
• Results for original games (Mines Gold, Plinko, Diamond Tycoon, Arcade) are determined by provably fair RNG and are final.
• jaya6 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules or mechanics.

08 Fair Play Policy

jaya6 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. Our original games use cryptographic RNG to determine outcomes. The seed for each round is generated before play begins and can be independently verified by the player after the round ends. This means jaya6 cannot manipulate outcomes in its favour — and neither can you.

For sports betting, jaya6 uses odds compiled from reputable data sources. We do not manipulate odds after a bet has been accepted. If an obvious pricing error occurs, jaya6 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

jaya6 monitors all accounts for unusual betting patterns that may indicate match-fixing, arbitrage abuse, or other forms of unfair play. Accounts found to be engaging in such activity will be suspended pending investigation.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jaya6 and will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using jaya6 for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jaya6 staff or other players.

jaya6 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities. If we have reason to believe that an account is being used for illegal activity, we will freeze the account, preserve all relevant records, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

jaya6 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in violation of these Terms. In cases of suspected fraud or illegal activity, funds may be withheld pending investigation.

If your account is suspended and you believe this was done in error, contact support at [email protected] with your account details and a description of the situation. We will review the case and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

You may also choose to close your own account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met and there are no outstanding bonus wagering obligations.

11 Privacy and Data Use

12 Responsible Gaming

Your continued use of jaya6 after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using jaya6 and contact support to close your account.
